Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding, learning and development activities.
• Undertake rotational assignments across operations and non-operations departments.
• Support daily business operations and departmental initiatives.
• Assist in process documentation, standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Support UAT, data analysis and data validation.
• Participate in system enhancement, automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Assist in AI, process optimisation and operating model enhancement projects.
• Support change implementation activities and project-related assignments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to achieve objectives.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
