Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum CGPA of 3.5 preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Fresh graduate or less than 1 year of experience encouraged to apply.
• Interest in banking operations, digital transformation and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in onboarding and development activities.
• Undertake rotational assignments across SSC departments.
• Support daily operations and departmental initiatives.
• Assist in process documentation, standardisation and continuous improvement.
• Support UAT, data analysis and data validation.
• Contribute to system enhancement, automation and digital transformation.
• Assist in AI, process optimisation and operating model projects.
• Support change implementation activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Adhere to policies and compliance at all times.
• Demonstrate adaptability and learning mindset.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
