Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master/PhD in Engineering or Facility Management or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Learn to troubleshoot, repair and replace faulty server components.
• Learn to troubleshoot networking devices and cabling.
• Learn to interpret server break-fix tickets to address server issues.
• Learn to manage data center inventory and assets.
• Learn change management and disaster recovery processes to manage data center availability risks.
