Qualifications

• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Good written and spoken Chinese communication skills (preferred).

• Basic knowledge of finance or accounting principles will be helpful.
• Proficiency in Excel would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in customer payment processes and learn how to work with key customer contacts.
• Support the management of healthy accounts receivable balances for assigned customers.
• Build attention to detail by accurately recording customer interactions and account activities in the system.
• Develop practical exposure to collections and delinquency management while helping the team achieve AR targets.
