FIT PIONEER RESOURCES SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Government Liaison & Regulatory Affairs Manager to support factory construction and establishment activities in Pontian, Johor.

The role requires strong local knowledge of Johor’s regulatory environment and the ability to coordinate with government stakeholders to secure approvals. The candidate will liaise with government departments, local authorities and regulatory agencies, manage permits and approvals, and ensure timely regulatory

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Law or related field.
• Experience in government liaison, regulatory affairs or project approvals in Malaysia.
• Knowledge of Johor regulatory procedures and CIDB, BOMBA, local authorities.
• Established relationships with government departments and authorities in Johor.
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Aufgaben

• Establish and maintain relationships with government departments, local authorities, and regulatory agencies in Johor.
• Liaise with government on factory construction, project development and establishment.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits and follow-ups with authorities for approvals.
• Communicate regulatory requirements and respond to enquiries from agencies.
• Monitor progress of government-related applications and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Prepare and submit permits, licences, approvals and supporting documents for construction.
• Track milestones, deadlines, inspections and compliance status.
• Identify bottlenecks and administrative issues affecting project timelines.
