Job summary

JSK Group Of Companies invites an experienced professional to join its Sabah-based team as Government Liaison & Protocol Coordinator. You will report to the Secretary General and manage liaison with government bodies, event protocols, and related stakeholders.

The role requires coordinating multiple projects, preparing timely management reports, and ensuring adherence to established standards and government event protocols. Diploma or higher in Communications/public relations is required.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Secretary General (SG).
• Responsible for Government liaison & Protocol coordination functions under your charge.
• Coordinate liaison & protocol with internal, external bodies and providers / suppliers, including government bodies / authorities, accommodation / transportation, and related event initiatives.
• Prepare timely and accurate management reports.
• Ensure that all liaison & protocol coordination functions under your charge are performed efficiently.
• Ensure that all standards established are adhered to.
• Government liaison & Protocol coordination skills required; knowledge of government event protocol is a prerequisite.

Sabah Housing And Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) is formerly known as Sabah Housing Developers' Association (1992) was established in 1978. It was renamed SHAREDA in 2002.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Government liaison & Protocol coordination skills required. Knowledge of government event protocol a prerequisite.
