Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks an experienced Golf Course Maintenance Manager to oversee the 18-hole course, ensure turf quality, and coordinate turf management programs and resources. The role includes improving presentation standards and aligning with Golf Operations to enhance the golfer experience.

Responsibilities extend to machinery maintenance, landscape coordination and contributing to ISO-compliant processes, with emphasis on safety and cost-efficient practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and presentation of all 18 greens, ensuring consistent turf quality and playing conditions.
• Maintenance of fairways, tees, roughs, bunkers and surrounding golf-course areas.
• Turf management, mowing, irrigation, fertilisation and pest/disease control.
• Development and implementation of turf-management and agronomic programmes.
• Planning and allocation of manpower, materials, equipment and other resources.
• Continuous improvement of golf-course presentation and maintenance standards.
• Coordination with Golf Operations to support the overall golfer experience.
