Job summary

Resorts World Genting, Genting Highlands, Pahang, seeks a Senior Manager to oversee maintenance and presentation of the resort’s 18-hole golf course and related landscapes. You will lead turf management, machinery maintenance, and landscape operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities include planning resources, ensuring ISO-compliant processes, and coordinating with Golf Operations and Engineering to maintain brand standards and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and presentation of the 18-hole golf course to ensure consistent turf quality and playing conditions.
• Lead turf management, mowing, irrigation, fertilization and pest/disease control.
• Develop and implement turf-management and agronomic programs.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment and other resources.
• Coordinate with Golf Operations to support guest experience and course standards.
• Ensure ISO management-system requirements are met and maintenance records are maintained.
