Job summary

Advanced Wireless Network Company Limited is seeking a Manager to oversee the resort's landscape, golf course maintenance and related operations in Malaysia. Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and presentation of the resort's 18-hole golf course.
Manage fairways, greens, bunkers and related areas to ensure quality and playability.
Lead turf management, mowing, irrigation, fertilization and pest/disease control.
Develop and implement turf-management and agronomic programs.
Plan manpower, materials, equipment and other resources.
Coordinate with Golf Operations to support guest experience.
Oversee the availability, reliability and maintenance of golf-course machinery and equipment.
Manage landscape and horticulture operations including entrances, gardens, pathways and public areas.
Contribute to landscape concepts for festivals, events and seasonal celebrations.
Ensure ISO management-system compliance through SOPs, maintenance schedules and documentation.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement across landscape and golf-course activities.
