Job summary

Genting Malaysia is seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the resort's 18-hole golf course, machinery, and landscape operations in Malaysia.

You will ensure top-tier turf, fairways, greens, and guest-facing landscapes while coordinating with Engineering, Operations and Marketing to enhance the guest experience.

This role emphasizes ISO compliance, preventive maintenance, and event-driven landscape improvements to support the resort's brand and destination appeal.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and presentation of the resort’s 18-hole golf course, ensuring turf quality and playing conditions.
• Manage golf-course machinery, maintenance schedules, repairs, and records.
• Oversee landscape and horticulture across resort entrances, gardens, and guest areas.
• Lead landscape innovation for festivals, events, weddings, and seasonal celebrations.
• Ensure ISO standards, SOPs, inspections, risk assessments, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing and other departments to align landscape with guest experience.
