Job summary

Genting Malaysia Berhad in Genting Highlands seeks a Manager to oversee the maintenance and presentation of the resort's 18-hole golf course, golf-course machinery, and resort landscape. You will plan manpower, materials, and budgets to ensure turf quality, equipment reliability, and appealing guest areas.

The role also covers landscape innovation for festivals and events, ISO standards compliance, and coordinating with Engineering and other departments to deliver a premier guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and presentation of the resort's 18-hole golf course: greens, fairways, tees, bunkers and related areas.
• Manage turf, mowing, irrigation, fertilization and pest/disease control; implement agronomic programs.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment and other resources; coordinate with Golf Operations to support guest experience.
• Oversee golf-course machinery, preventive maintenance, servicing and documentation; ensure safety and reliability.
• Manage resort landscape operations: entrances, gardens, pathways, lawns, trees and seasonal planting; ensure landscape standards.
• Develop landscape concepts for festivals, weddings and events; align with Operations, Events and Marketing.
• Support ISO standards, SOPs, maintenance schedules and audits; monitor KPIs and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Aim for consistent quality across golf course, machinery and landscape to boost guest experience and asset value.
