Bybit, based in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a Principal Golang Development Engineer to lead backend development for CRM systems and AI-assisted modules. The role demands deep Golang/Java expertise and hands-on CRM experience within a fast-paced crypto-platform environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, architect scalable solutions, and drive cross-team initiatives while maintaining high system reliability and performance in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years backend development experience with Golang or Java (primary language).
• Hands-on experience building CRM systems (ticketing, rule engines, workflows).
• Experience with AI-assisted development is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own development, refactoring, upgrade, and maintenance of CRM systems including ticketing, agent workspace, rule engine, workflow orchestration, IM, and AI-assisted modules.
• Tackle complex technical challenges, lead cross-team project delivery, and improve system stability.
• Deliver reusable capabilities and component frameworks through architecture optimization.
