Bybit Limited is seeking an experienced Go developer to build and maintain core market data modules in a high-velocity, global environment. You will design low-latency data pipelines, optimize performance under heavy load, and contribute to production reliability through observability and incident reviews.

The role emphasizes strong Go expertise, real-time data transport (WebSocket/gRPC) and a disciplined approach to clean code and collaborative reviews within a fast-moving, international team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Go development experience.
• Solid understanding of Go's concurrency, memory model and GC.
• Experience designing high-concurrency, low-latency systems.
• Familiar with message queues (Kafka / Redis Streams).
• Proficient with real-time data transport protocols such as WebSocket and gRPC.
• Strong engineering discipline and code-review habits.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core market data modules


• Design and optimize real-time market data computation and low-latency push pipelines


• Tune system performance under high-concurrency, high-throughput scenarios to ensure accuracy and timeliness of market data


• Participate in technical design reviews and code reviews


• Build system observability infrastructure, including monitoring & alerting, distributed tracing, and logging systems


• Participate in production incident investigation and post-mortem reviews

Requirements

• 3+ years of Go development experience; solid understanding of Go's concurrency model, memory model, and GC mechanics


• Experience designing high-concurrency, low-latency systems; familiar with common performance bottlenecks and optimization techniques


• Familiar with message queues (Kafka / Redis Streams, etc.) in data streaming architectures


• Proficient with real-time data transport protocols such as WebSocket and gRPC


• Strong engineering discipline - clean code structure and a habit of conducting code reviews
