Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a backend engineer to design and implement scalable services using Go. You will own APIs, contribute to distributed systems, and ensure robust performance in production environments.

You'll work with AWS, Kubernetes, and Couchbase, collaborating with product and engineering teams through the full development lifecycle to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Go (Golang).
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, and containerized applications.
• Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (Couchbase preferred).
• Good understanding of distributed systems, REST APIs, CI/CD, and system scalability.
• Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting issues.

Responsabilités

• Develop backend services and APIs using Go (Golang).
• Build scalable, distributed systems handling high transaction volumes.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Work with SQL & NoSQL databases (Couchbase).
• Optimize performance, reliability, monitoring, and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
