Job summary

AXA Group Operations in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Workplace products across AXA entities in Asia. You will supervise product delivery, track dependencies and ensure migrations are on time and within budget.

Collaborating with product lines and local IT, you will set governance, steer committees, and build roadmaps. Strong ITIL knowledge and stakeholder management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience with workplace infrastructure solutions.
• Able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision.
• Manage and prioritize tasks and time efficiently. Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of ITIL discipline
• Senior project management with minimum 3 years in IT operations or IT consulting focusing on Workplace

Responsibilities

• Ensure success of your pool of entities regarding Program/Product delivery.
• In collaboration with each product line and entities’ project manager, enforce Workplace deployment method and contribute to its continuous improvement.
• Support migration projects, provide accurate risk and issues view to the organization.
• Actively contribute to roadmap build and governance with entities.
