Qualifications

• Experience with Workforce Enablement, End User Computing, or IT infrastructure services.
• Exposure to Desktop Services, Helpdesk, VDI, Service Desk, or similar environments.
• Strong stakeholder and partner management experience across APAC.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives across Desktop Services, Helpdesk, and VDI.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and drive action items.
• Provide clear status updates to senior leadership.
