Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and inventory control. You will allocate manpower and equipment to meet order volume with adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and 3–5 years' experience in warehouse or quality management, plus data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics/SCM or related fields.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse management, quality control, or related fields.
• Familiar with warehouse management processes and quality management systems; data analysis skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing, and inventory management.
• Supervise staff performance, ensure SOPs, safety and quality compliance.
• Monitor KPIs for inbound/outbound processing, accuracy, and productivity; conduct daily inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with customer service, transportation, planning and other teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Lead onsite 5S, safety, and equipment usage management; identify improvements and drive cost reductions.
• Train new employees and guide team to improve overall efficiency.

Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, outbound processing, and inventory management. Allocate manpower, equipment, and work assignments based on order volume to ensure smooth warehouse operations.2. Supervise employee performance and ensure all operations comply with SOPs, safety standards, and quality requirements.3. Monitor warehouse KPIs, including inbound and outbound processing timeliness, inventory accuracy, order accuracy, and productivity. Conduct daily inventory counts, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock shortages, and operational abnormalities.4. Coordinate with customer service, transportation, planning, and other warehouse teams to promptly resolve operational issues.5. Responsible for onsite 5S management, workplace safety, and equipment usage management. Identify operational issues, propose improvement solutions, and continuously drive cost reduction and efficiency improvements.6. Train new employees and guide team members to improve overall teamefficiency. Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.Qualifications1. Educational Background- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related fields.2.
