Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards) and warehouse safety.
• Strong attention to detail to spot defects and discrepancies.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and suggest corrective actions.
• Effective communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for daily warehouse operations: inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing and outbound shipping.
• Assist in inventory counting and stock record maintenance; report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in operating the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain records.
• Support on-site coordination and follow up on operational issues.
• Maintain 5S standards to ensure a clean and safe workspace.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed.
