Job summary

JD.com Inc. Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Operation (JDV) entrant for the JD Vanguard Graduate Program.

You will manage daily warehouse tasks, learn the Warehouse Management System (WMS), and gain exposure to inbound and outbound operations within a fast-paced, quality-driven logistics network. You will assist in inventory counting, data integrity, and cross-functional teamwork with local and global colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain or quality management.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and warehouse safety rules.
• Attention to detail to identify defects and discrepancies.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
• Effective communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations: inbound, putaway, picking, packing, outbound shipping.
• Assist inventory counts and maintain stock records with system data accuracy.
• Operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain records.
• Support on-site supervision and resolve order issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain 5S standards for a safe, clean workspace.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.

Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.**Job Responsibilities**1.Be responsible for the daily warehouse operations, including inbound receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and outbound shipping to ensure smooth warehouse workflow. 2.Assist in inventory counting and stock record maintenance, ensuring consistency between system data and physical inventory, and report discrepancies promptly. 3.Assist in operating the Warehouse Management System (WMS), including data entry, order processing, and maintaining inbound and outbound records to ensure data accuracy. 4.Support warehouse supervisors with on-site coordination and follow up on operational issues such as order exceptions, inventory discrepancies, or damaged goods. 5.Assist in maintaining warehouse 5S standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment. 6.Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor based on operational needs.**Job Requirements**1,Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, quality management, or a related field; 2, Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards) and warehouse safety regulations. 3, Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects, discrepancies, or non-conformities in products and processes. 4, Strong analytical skills to interpret quality data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. 5, Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to collaborate with warehouse teams, suppliers, and cross-functional departments. 6, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs. 7, Chinese and English language skills are a plus.*At JD.com, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where every voice counts and every talent belongs.
