TransPerfect is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage language/translation projects from start to finish, serving as the single point of accountability for successful delivery.

You will juggle multiple projects, coordinate with sales, translators and quality personnel, and apply strong communication and time-management skills. A Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years in administration or project management are expected.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire life-cycle of all language/translation projects assigned to the individual.
• Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand and abide by individual project instructions.
• Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters.
• Establish and maintain relationships with translators and proofreaders globally.
• Coordinate with quality personnel to ensure translations meet instructions and quality standards.
• Communicate any issues or caveats to sales staff as information becomes available.
• Demonstrate effective time management.
• Experience coordinating projects and assigning resources is a plus.
