Fuku by Momofuku in Malaysia is seeking an analytical and business‑oriented Compensation & Benefits Manager to drive total rewards strategies across our Global Shared Service Centre. You will oversee salary structures, benchmarking, benefits, and pay equity while aligning with group guidelines.

In this role, you will lead annual cost budgeting, forecasting, and governance, partner with Finance and senior leaders, and deliver HR analytics to support strategic workforce decisions and cost

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related discipline.
• 7–10 years in HR, with Compensation & Benefits focus.
• Experience in cost budgeting, forecasting and modelling.
• Strong Excel and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in multinational or Global Shared Service Centre is a plus.
• Familiarity with Workday, Power BI or other HR analytics tools preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage salary structures, benchmarking, employee benefits, rewards policies and pay equity reviews.
• Lead end-to-end annual personnel cost budgeting, forecasting and monitoring.
• Partner with Finance on headcount planning, cost projections and budget variance analysis.
• Manage annual salary increments, bonus and compensation review exercises with financial modelling.
• Provide strategic advisory on promotions, retention and compensation policies.
• Drive HR analytics, reporting and process improvements to boost efficiency.
