Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Global Technical Support Engineer to support Digital Power products across ESS, Solar PV, and data center solutions. You will supervise installation, assist with commissioning and acceptance testing, and provide expert technical guidance to customers and partners.

You will travel globally to support projects, run technical trainings, and collaborate with internal teams to manage risks and ensure compliant deliveries. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Power System, Renewable Energy, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
• Experience in Data Center or Solar Energy systems (power distribution cabinets, UPSs, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project delivery support for Digital Power products and related solutions.
• Deliver technical support during project delivery and operation, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Act as SME for electrical and utility matters and coordinate technical solutions with customers and partners.
• Plan and conduct technical trainings for customers, partners and internal teams.
• Travel globally to provide on-site support and ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Assist with customer and regulatory inspections from an engineering perspective.

Job description

Global Technical Support Engineer (Digital Power Shared Service Center)

Provide project delivery support for Digital Power products, including Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Solar PV and Data Center solutions, covering installation supervision, system commissioning and acceptance testing to ensure compliance with technical specifications and delivery requirements.

Deliver technical support during project delivery and operation, including troubleshooting, issue resolution and root cause analysis for on-site technical issues.

Act as the Subject Matter Expert for electrical and utility-related matters and maintain communication with customers, EPC partners and internal teams; coordinating technical solutions and proactively managing technical risks.

Plan and conduct technical training sessions for customers, EPC partners and internal teams to ensure proper understanding and effective use of products and solutions.

Develop in-depth knowledge of Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Solar PV and Data Center solutions to effectively support and advise project teams.

Travel globally to provide on-site support across different regions and time zones to ensure high-quality project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Participate in customer and regulatory inspections from an engineering perspective and assist management in addressing observations in a compliant manner.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Power System, Renewable Energy, Mechanical engineering, New Energy Science and other relevant courses.

Working experience in Data Center or Solar Energy such as power distribution cabinets, UPSs, air conditioners, rectifier cabinets, blade power supplies, module power supplies, solar inverters and others are preferred.

Good communication skills with the ability and desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

Ability to travel globally.
