Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Global Technical Support Engineer to provide project delivery support for Digital Power products such as Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Solar PV, and Data Center solutions. This role includes installation supervision, commissioning and acceptance testing to ensure compliance with specifications.

The candidate will deliver on-site technical support, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and act as a SME for electrical/utility matters while

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Power System, Renewable Energy or related fields.
• Experience in Data Center or Solar Energy equipment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Willingness to travel globally to support projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide project delivery support for Digital Power products (ESS, Solar PV, Data Center) including installation supervision and testing.
• Deliver technical support during delivery and operation, troubleshooting and root cause analysis for on-site issues.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for electrical and utility matters and coordinate with customers, EPC partners and internal teams.
• Plan and conduct technical training sessions for customers, partners and internal teams.
• Travel globally to provide on-site support and ensure high-quality project delivery.
