Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for global customers on Digital Power products and solutions, including: Solar PV systems, Energy Storage systems (ESS) for utility, commercial and industrial applications, Data Center power solutions and EV charging infrastructure.
Adapt training content to different audience levels (beginner to advanced).
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and update training manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and hands‑on exercises.
Ensure training content is accurate, up‑to‑date, and aligned with industry standards.
Provide post‑training support to address technical queries from customers.
Gather feedback to continuously improve training programs.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Digital Power technologies.
Develop a deep understanding of Data Center power solutions or Solar/Energy Storage product to effectively support and advise project or training teams.
Assist in troubleshooting and explaining complex technical concepts in a clear manner.
Work closely with R&D, product management, and sales teams to ensure training aligns with product developments and market needs.
Job Requirements:Bachelor degree or above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Power System, Renewable Energy, Mechanical engineering, New Energy Science and other relevant courses.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Digital Power industry (Data Center power solutions or Solar/Energy Storage such as solar inverters, PV, ESS, charging networks and others).
Prior experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or in a customer‑facing technical role is highly preferred.
Familiarity with solar inverters, battery storage systems, microgrids or power distribution solutions.
Familiarity with relevant software/tools (e.g., PV design tools, energy management systems) is preferred.
Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
