Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Power, Data Center power solutions or Solar/Energy Storage.
• Experience as a technical trainer or customer-facing technical role is preferred.
• Familiarity with solar inverters, battery storage, microgrids, and power distribution solutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions for global customers on Digital Power products and solutions.
• Adapt content for different audience levels from beginner to advanced.
• Collaborate with SMEs to create/update manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules.
• Ensure training content is accurate and aligned with industry standards.
• Provide post-training support for technical queries and gather feedback for improvement.
• Stay updated with latest Digital Power trends and product developments.
