Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Work with hiring managers on manpower and candidate requirements.
• Source candidates through portals, agencies, headhunters and referrals.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Maintain candidate database and talent pipeline.
• Monitor vacancies, recruitment KPIs and time-to-fill.
• Prepare recruitment reports and manpower updates.
