Job summary

Qiscus is expanding its customer-facing team and seeks a Technical Account Manager to own the end-to-end customer journey—from understanding business needs to delivering the right solution and driving successful implementation.

You will combine technical account management with project and delivery coordination, leading the go-live and ongoing customer success for international markets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Technical Account Management, Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Customer Success, or Project Management within a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical aptitude with APIs, system integrations, and SaaS product configurations.
• Experience managing implementation or delivery projects with planning, stakeholder management, and coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Familiarity with conversational AI or omnichannel engagement platforms (WhatsApp Business API, chatbots, CRM integrations) is preferred.
• Experience with international customers or multiple markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey end-to-end—from understanding business needs to designing the right solution and driving successful implementation.
• Lead the go-live and ensure long-term customer success.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor and liaison between customers and Product/Engineering teams.
• Coordinate multiple implementations, manage timelines, risks, and delivery quality.
• Communicate progress and blockers clearly to customers and internal stakeholders.
