Job summary

AXA Group Operations is seeking a Technical Account Manager to bridge global solutions with local needs, driving innovation and seamless integration. You will partner with Entities and GO teams to ensure secure, reliable technology solutions and advocate technical requirements to Product Teams.

You will engage in governance, project portfolios, and regulatory considerations, while identifying cost efficiencies and supporting incident resolution and architecture reviews.

Qualifications

• Strong IT background
• Experience in a global organization
• Good understanding of governance and compliance
• Knowledge of GO financial, project and product processes
• Excellent communication in English and local language

Responsibilities

• Bridge global solutions with local needs to enable seamless integration
• Support definition of Entity project portfolio and required GO involvement
• Understand and contribute to technical blueprint of business applications and GO products/services
• Review local solutions and raise waivers when global solutions cannot be deployed
• Provide technical advisory and facilitate decisions with Product Teams and Entities
• Identify innovation and cost efficiency opportunities and monitor regulatory considerations
• Support incident resolution with technical consultancy and root cause analysis
• Provide a transversal overview of Entity infrastructure and application landscape
