Job summary

Hilti (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced technology project manager to drive global transformation programs and strategy across the enterprise. You will lead all aspects of delivery, partner with Product Owners and IT functions, and influence senior stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

The role requires a Bachelor's in IT, 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years leading initiatives, and strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 years leading projects or transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent planning, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.

In this role, you will lead all aspects of project delivery, including planning, governance, financial management, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, communication, and vendor management. You will partner closely with Product Owners, Engineers, Application Owners, IT Security Architects, Enterprise Architects, and global business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives that support Hilti's strategic priorities.

What You'll do

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field. Master's Degree is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience with a minimum of 3 years leading projects, programs, transformation initiatives, or strategic business activities.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and influencing across organizational boundaries.
• Excellent planning, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global cross-functional teams.
• High energy level, growth mindset, and strong business acumen.
