Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT operations or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years in IT operations, helpdesk or networks.
- Familiarity with IT services, security, administration and change management.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS/Servers and networking.
- Experience supporting software, hardware or network issues.
- Strong teamwork in international/virtual environments.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to end-users globally, including senior leaders.
- Bridge productivity and IT systems reliability to ensure operational continuity.
- Work as part of a global team to resolve complex tech issues.
