Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS, CE, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience with ICT products.
• Experience implementing and managing conventional communication systems.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about product and technology to improve satisfaction.
• Collect and summarize overseas feedback on demand, consultation, complaints, and delivery; provide timely feedback to R&D.
• Participate in RFI, RFP, RFQ and other bidding work; help identify demand and bidding models.
• Coordinate with sales to collect competitive information and test tracking/feedback.
• Provide overseas technical training, product promotion, and demonstrations.
• Collaborate with R&D to test software/hardware overseas and report results accurately.
• Handle after-sales tasks: collect and feed back overseas product issues and track resolution until closure.
• Overseas product site maintenance and project installation work.
• Other related tasks as assigned by Employer.
