• 2–3 years of HR or recruitment experience.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies across channels.
• Source and identify candidates via online platforms and networks.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job descriptions and interview processes.
• Build employer brand through events and partnerships.
