Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• 3–5 years of Training, Learning & Development, or Capability Development experience, preferably manufacturing.
• Experience developing competency frameworks and learning pathways and delivering training for production/operational teams.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop a manufacturing competency framework with role-based requirements.
• Develop, govern, and improve manufacturing learning programs aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Design curricula, materials, assessments, and learning pathways for production/support functions.
• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, resources, and attendance tracking.
• Monitor training compliance and overdue mandatory training; support audits with records.
• Generate dashboards and KPIs, analyze competency trends, and report to leadership.
• Maintain LMS data integrity and optimize learning system effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, HR, and Supply Chain to identify capability needs and provide guidance.
