Job summary

Continental Tyre PJ Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive team member to support COD and Inside Sales order processing and tracking in a full-time capacity in Malaysia.

The role includes assisting with order creation, documentation, and system updates, while monitoring order status and following up with customers. Ideal candidates have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, English proficiency, and an interest in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the final year of study or with at least 6

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Interest in Supply Chain Management.
• Preferably available for at least 6 months; advanced or final year student.

Responsibilities

• Support COD and Inside Sales order processing and tracking
• Assist Inside Sales with order creation, documentation, and system updates
• Monitor order status and ensure timely customer follow-up
• Support new workflow implementation during transition
• Any additional tasks required as part of the restructure support activities
