Job summary

Continental is seeking an administrative professional to assist in COD and Inside Sales order processing and tracking. You will help with order creation, documentation, and keeping systems updated, ensuring orders move smoothly through the pipeline.

You will monitor order status and follow up with customers promptly, and support new workflow implementations during the transition, taking on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint tools.

Responsibilities

• Support COD and Inside Sales order processing and tracking.
• Assist Inside Sales with order creation, documentation, and system updates.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely customer follow-up.
• Support new workflow implementation during transition.
• Additional tasks as part of restructure support activities.
