Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI or Tableau.
Strong English communication (written and spoken).
Proactive and detail-oriented.
Preferably 4 to 6 months of internship duration.

Responsibilities

Sales order processing and maintenance including debit note, credit note and credit returns.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding open orders.
Down payment and shipping invoices creation (Excel/SAP).
Coordinate with LOG/Warehouse to ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Provide pro-active information to customers and sales regarding delivery status of orders.
Update invoices to selected customers’ web portal (e.g., TNB).
Upload returned signed delivery notes from customer into SAP.
Update SOM tracking sheet with order confirmations, ETAs and customer dates.
Regularly update customer-requested dates in SAP sales orders.
Ensure on-time delivery to customers based on requested dates.
Additional tasks to support SOM department as assigned by Manager.
