Job summary

UOW Malaysia KDU, part of the University of Wollongong Australia’s global network, seeks an experienced coordinator to manage international student pass and visa processes. You will handle visa inquiries and coordinate with multiple internal departments to ensure smooth visa outcomes for international students.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in student application/visa processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years handling international student applications and visa processing.
• Willing to travel and work beyond office hours if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage international student pass and visa processes in compliance with EMGS and Immigration regulations.
• Handle student visa enquiries via walk-in and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, Bursary, and Schools on visa matters for international students.
• Prepare and submit EMGS/Immigration applications (pass extensions, terminations, transfers, etc.).
• Liaise with Immigration and EMGS on all visa matters.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for submissions.
• Coordinate airport pick-up arrangements for international students.
• Support general student services and administrative duties as required.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned by Superior.
