Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in international student recruitment (preferred).
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Understanding of visa documentation process.

Responsibilities

• Student Recruitment & Counselling: Identify and recruit prospective international students and provide accurate counselling on programmes, entry requirements, tuition fees, and visa processes.
• Market Development: Develop recruitment networks in assigned territories (e.g., Indonesia, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh) and build relationships with schools, sub-agents, education consultants, and partners.
• Application & Admission Support: Guide applicants on admissions, visa processes, and university life; coordinate with admissions for offer letters and enrollment confirmations; conduct informational sessions and workshops; follow up to improve conversion rates; ensure smooth onboarding and commencement.
• Compliance & Ethics: Adhere to Malaysian education regulations and institutional policies; avoid misrepresentation; maintain confidentiality of student details.
