Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing activities for assigned markets and recruitment channels.
• Take direct responsibility for achieving individual KPIs, including leads, applications and enrolments.
• Manage agents and recruitment partners, including engagement and performance monitoring.
• Plan education fairs, events and campaigns with budgets and post-event reporting.
• Maintain CRM records, generate reports, and support departmental improvements.
