Job summary

Löwenstein Medical SE & Co. KG is seeking an experienced professional to coordinate international sleep diagnostics projects, support product evaluations, and deliver trainings for global customers.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop market concepts and ensure high customer satisfaction in diverse regions. The role includes presenting products, coordinating technical support, and participating in international events, while traveling to key markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or comparable education) in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Experience in an international environment within the medical technology industry.
• Experience in sleep diagnostics, sleep apnea therapy, respiratory care, or neurophysiology is highly desirable.
• Strong intercultural competence and ability to adapt to diverse cultures, working styles, and business environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Excellent command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and independent approach to work.
• Sound knowledge of IT systems, networking technologies, and medical/anatomical concepts related to sleep diagnostics and homecare applications.
• Confident and professional presenter with experience delivering product demonstrations, customer training, and educational workshops.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, support, and execute international sleep diagnostics projects from procurement planning through to routine operation, serving both B2B and B2C customers.
• Support and oversee product evaluations, pilot projects, and test installations at customer sites.
• Plan, organize, and deliver customer training sessions, workshops, and educational events.
• Develop and implement sleep diagnostics concepts for new international markets in cooperation with the International Homecare Sales Team.
• Manage and develop relationships with existing international customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Provide and coordinate first- and second-level technical support for customers and partners.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for international audiences.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in international trade fairs, congresses, and industry conferences.
• Collect and analyze market-specific product requirements and customer needs and communicate findings to the Product Development team.
• Coordinate their implementation with the Marketing team.
• Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and new product developments in the field of sleep diagnostics and homecare.
• Analyze and track competitor activities, products, and market strategies.
• Prepare regular reports and business updates for the company headquarters in Germany
