Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP System Architect with strong HR/HCM expertise to lead the HR Mini Master design within an SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role focuses on HR data and processes within S/4HANA rather than the full SAP HCM suite, and you will define the solution architecture and data models.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP HCM/HR and a solid understanding of HR master data.
• Experience designing HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of HR master data in S/4HANA processes.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution architecture and integration design.
• Strong technical understanding of SAP HR/HCM architecture, data structures, interfaces, and integration mechanisms.
• Knowledge of APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping.
• Ability to define interface specifications with technical teams.
• Experience integrating SAP with external HR systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end designs.
• Experience supporting implementation, testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience Workday-to-SAP S/4HANA integration for HR master data.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the HR Mini Master architecture in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design HRMM solution based on requirements and data models.
• Oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP/non-SAP systems, including data flows and mappings.
• Translate requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Collaborate with HR/HCM consultants, integration and technical teams.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and issue resolution.
• Review designs and maintain architecture documentation.
