Fusion Consulting AG seeks an experienced SAP System Architect with HR/HCM expertise to lead the HR Mini Master (HRMM) design within an SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will define the solution architecture, ensure seamless integration with surrounding systems, and support implementation and deployment.

You will own HR data modeling for HRMM, oversee SAP and non-SAP integrations (including Workday-to-SAP), and translate business needs into scalable technical designs while collaborating across HR,

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP HCM / HR and a solid understanding of HR master data and organizational structures.
• Experience designing or implementing HR Mini Master (HRMM) solutions in SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of PA and OM areas within SAP HCM.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and concepts such as APIs, IDocs, web services, middleware, and data mapping.
• Ability to translate business requirements into end-to-end solution architecture and technical designs.

Responsabilités

• Define and own the solution architecture for HR Mini Master (HRMM) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Design the HRMM solution based on business and technical requirements and how data is represented in S/4HANA.
• Oversee integrations between HRMM and SAP/non-SAP systems, including data flows, mappings, interfaces, and integration mechanisms.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional and technical designs.
• Work with HR/HCM functional consultants, integration teams, and stakeholders to provide architectural guidance.
• Support testing, deployment, cutover, and issue resolution for technical, data, and integration aspects.
• Review designs and maintain architecture documentation.
