Job summary

Comfortable Plastics Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage orders from confirmation to delivery and to prepare all related sales documents. The role requires effective coordination with multiple internal teams and strong Mandarin/English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years in Sales Admin, Sales Coordination or related roles.
• Proficiency in Mandarin for internal communication.
• Strong written and spoken Mandarin and English for stakeholder communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, schedules and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance.
• Monitor order progress and follow up on production and delivery status.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales data and documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Support export-related documentation and shipment coordination.
• Handle customer feedback and coordinate with departments for resolution.
• Assist the sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Ensure timely communication between customers and internal teams.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
