Job summary

COINS Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Global Reward Programme Manager to lead cross‑regional reward initiatives, delivering a standardised global framework while respecting local nuances.

You will drive programme delivery with advanced tooling, embrace AI to improve efficiency, own quarterly bonuses and annual pay planning, and coordinate with Regional Reward Advisers, Employee Success Business Partners, and the Global Broker to streamline processes globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years progressive experience in programme management, preferably reward/compensation.
• Experience owning and delivering global programmes using project tooling (MS Project/Smartsheet/Asana).
• Excellent stakeholder management across global markets.

Responsibilities

• Progress major reward projects using programme management methodologies and tooling.
• Collaborate with Regional Reward Advisers to implement a 70:30 standardisation approach.
• Own quarterly and annual bonus processes across markets.
• Own the annual pay planning process across markets with ESBP and Regional Reward Leads.
• Support vendor management and renewals centralisation globally.
• Embrace AI technologies to create efficiency across reward operations.
• Collaborate on compliance from a Group perspective.
• Utilise advanced programme management tooling to deliver initiatives.
