Job summary

Gen is seeking an adaptable, high-impact Recruiter to support hiring across Kuala Lumpur, Japan, and Chennai, India. This hybrid role is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with a requirement to work from the office three days per week, and partners closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across all three markets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting mid- to senior-level professional and/or technical talent.
• Experience managing a high-volume requisition load across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage 15–20 mid- to senior-level professional and technical requisitions across multiple offices.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean search and passive candidate engagement.
• Leverage AI-driven tools and ATS capabilities to optimize sourcing workflows and pipeline visibility.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define role requirements and align on expectations.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer stage.
• Build consultative relationships and advise on market trends and candidate availability.
• Maintain transparent communication on progress, pipeline quality, and timelines.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience and represent Gen’s brand professionally.
• Track recruiting metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with processes and onboarding coordination for new hires.
