Job summary

You will optimize processes, implement Asia-focused recruitment strategies, and ensure compliant, high-quality hires across multi-location teams. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and eight years of recruiting experience with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and oral communication skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
• Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, international and multi-location level.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidate sourcing and selection through full lifecycle recruiting.
• Prepare candidates for interviews by sharing company, strategy, department background, and job expectations.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through market research and proactive outreach.
• Recommend Asia-focused recruitment ideas and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives to identify top performers for senior-level openings.
• Negotiate offers and close candidates, leveraging internal sources of talent where possible.
• Leverage job boards, niche sites, and social networks to identify top candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to determine human capital needs and ensure effective hiring.
• Comply with all company security procedures and policies.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
