Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a global quality leader for Intelligent Labels to drive end-to-end quality across the value chain and RFID performance. You will lead a multi-cultural team, implement Six Sigma and world-class QA practices, and partner with manufacturing, R&D, and suppliers to ensure superior quality and reliability.

Reporting to the senior director, operations & supply chain, you will deliver strategic improvements, manage audits, and foster continuous improvement across sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 10+ years in end-to-end quality management in supply chain/ops.
• Experience in electronics/ RFID quality is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of quality engineering, Six Sigma and quality standards.
• Experience with audits, QA controls at multiple sites, and supplier quality.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% and lead global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global quality function for Intelligent Labels, ensuring quality from raw materials to finished products and RFID performance.
• Provide strategic and operational support to customers and suppliers to enhance quality excellence.
• Mentor and scale a global quality organization, driving preventive and predictive actions.
• Interact with senior stakeholders and manage customer complaint resolution and audits.
• Drive world-class quality practices across internal sites and with external partners.
