Avery Dennison is seeking a seasoned Global Quality leader to drive end-to-end quality across the RFID product value chain. You will oversee a global team, implement QA strategies, and ensure products meet stringent quality and reliability standards.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and supply chain, applying Six Sigma, DOE, and 8D methods to deliver continuous improvements and uphold customer satisfaction across multiple sites worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in end-to-end quality management in supply chain/ops.
• Experience in electronics industry (consumer or semiconductor) desirable.
• Strong knowledge of RFID quality engineering and Six Sigma/TQM.
• DOE and 8D problem solving; continuous improvement mindset.
• Experience with certifications and quality systems across multiple sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead global quality team, deploy QA strategies across end-to-end value chain.
• Provide strategic support to customers and suppliers to improve quality.
• Mentor and scale a global quality organization; drive preventive actions.
• Manage customer complaints and audits to drive improvements.
• Ensure raw materials meet quality for high-speed manufacturing.
• Partner with sites to meet QA during internal and external audits.
• Develop processes and metrics; document processes.
• Deliver results with leadership to the global quality org.
