Job summary

Avery Dennison Yongle, a leading tapes and labeling solutions provider, is seeking a Logistics/Account Management professional in Shah Alam to drive end-to-end order processing for overseas clients. You will optimize shipping plans, coordinate production schedules, and ensure timely settlements and accurate documentation.

The role requires excellent English, strong analytical skills, and experience with international trade practices.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for overseas clients and end-to-end order processing.
• Analyze overseas forecasts and inventory to develop strategic shipping plans.
• Resolve inquiries, process sample requests and address client concerns with retention focus.
• Oversee production scheduling for customer orders and communicate delivery timelines.
• Execute monthly financial settlements for overseas warehouses per corporate guidelines.
• Monitor weekly shipping manifests and forecast future sales and inventory needs.
• Maintain prompt email correspondence within established SLAs with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate and track cross-regional meetings with teams in China, Europe, and the Americas, providing updates.
• Perform additional strategic and operational duties as assigned.

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas clients, expertly managing end-to-end order processing, optimizing international shipping logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
2. Analyze overseas customer forecasts and inventory levels to develop strategic shipping plans, optimizing data processing to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, professionally resolving inquiries, processing sample requests, and addressing customer concerns with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
4. Oversee production scheduling for customer orders, proactively communicating delivery timelines and managing all associated logistics, including booking, shipping, and invoicing.
5. Execute accurate and timely monthly financial settlements for overseas warehouses in strict compliance with corporate financial guidelines.
6. Monitor and verify weekly shipping manifests for overseas facilities, utilizing data to forecast future sales volumes and inventory requirements.
7. Maintain prompt and professional email correspondence, ensuring all internal and external communications are addressed within established service level agreements.
8. Facilitate cross-regional collaboration by coordinating and tracking morning/evening meetings with teams in China, Europe, and the Americas, providing actionable feedback and updates.
9. Perform additional strategic and operational duties as assigned by department leadership to support business objectives.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, International Business or a related discipline.
