Job summary

DHL Asia Pacific Shared Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled project manager to oversee end-to-end initiatives within Finance Operations. You will design and implement project frameworks, track progress, manage budgets and resources, and ensure alignment with global and regional strategies.

Responsibilities include creating business cases, leading workshops, defining KPIs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving data-driven decisions to realize benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in Shared Services for Finance & Accounting
• LEAN House / transitions / system deployments is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of individual project within program and ensure alignment with goals
• Plan, execute and close projects within timeline, scope, budget and resources
• Coordinate team efforts, manage risks and provide progress updates to stakeholders
• Create business cases and pilot projects to validate benefits
• Lead workshops (As-Is / To-Be, data gathering, problem solving) and define KPIs
